Salary: Grade 7. £33,070 - £34,557 per annum, pro rata. Approximately £29,301 - £30,618 per annum (0.88602 FTE)

At the heart of the school’s day-to-day operations, this senior administrative role plays a vital part in ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and in the best interests of pupils and staff.
Working closely with the Head of School and the Learning Village Business Support Manager, the postholder will lead and coordinate the school’s administrative function, providing professional, high-quality support across all areas of school life. From managing daily cover, resources and compliance, to line managing staff, supporting safeguarding and contributing to the strategic development of the school, this role offers the opportunity to make a real and visible impact.
It is ideally suited to an experienced, highly organised professional who thrives on responsibility, values collaboration and takes pride in creating strong systems that enable a school community to flourish.

What will you do?
- To have responsibility for developing and ensuring that all school procedures are maintained in accordance with Trust guidance.
- Be responsible for the submission of relevant information to Senior Leadership Team, the SSC and outside agencies
- To prepare and monitor risk assessments for school trips.
- Ensure the most effective use is made of the school’s administrative computer hardware and the development of the computerised management information system within the school.

What are we looking for?
- Level 2 (GCSE A*-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
- Relevant Management Qualification (Education) or significant experience with experience in managing and leading staff
- Experience of project management e.g. building projects
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels e.g. Governors, leadership team, teaching staff, contractors, caretakers
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
